CONFERENCE FEES - $150
The cost of the conference is $150 through April 14, 2008.
All registrations include admission to all concurrent and general sessions.
The conference fee does not include your audition appointment fees.

AUDITION APPOINTMENT FEE - $25 / $35 day of Conference
Early sign-up: $25 each. Must be received with appointment form no later than April 14, 2008.
Note: Limited to two audition appointments per paid participant.

$35 each on day of conference if available, between 7-9 am Saturday, April 26, 2008.
No appointments will be scheduled after 9 am Saturday, April 26.

Please note: no guarantees are made that appointments will be available after the April 14 deadline has passed.

CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY
Cancellations through April 18, 100% refunded, less $17 processing fee.
April 19-24, 65% refunded.
After April 24, no refund.
